Employment Services

As part of the culture re-alignment process it is important to address the future employment arrangements and environment that will suit the growth of the business.

A decision may be made to stay with the current state award or to explore the advantages of a non union certified agreement or an Australian Workplace Agreement.

Growth works with industrial relations experts to determine the most satisfactory arrangement for each site.

The employment process works along the following lines and looks at new employees and existing employees:

  • Gather employee report by site

  • Review Roster

  • Evaluate employment mix and current agreements

  • Prioritise Employment Contracts by individual

  • Develop roll out strategy by site

  • Recommendations made to Business manager on best approach to implement changes to employee arrangements

  • Develop incentive scheme

  • Formalised communication to all staff to advise of changes and implementation plan – and coordinate signing of policies and procedures handbook

  • Conduct Implementation Interviews – (Individual and group as appropriate)

  • Coordinate Employee Contract and Induction process

  • Performance review process implemented and dates targeted
