Training Programs

Once skill gaps have been identified throughout the traineeship program, it’s time to consider extension training for targeted employees.

The training may be in the form of ‘soft skills’, technical skills or management style programs.

1. Induction

As part of the culture re-alignment process a business may want to re-train some employees or implement a new induction program for all staff. An induction program is designed to reflect the employment brand, communicate the core values and articulate the policies and procedures of the organisation.

2. Customer Service

Growth designs one-day customer service programs covering the following elements.

  • Understanding self and others

  • Developing a customer focused attitude

  • Techniques for effective communication and value adding

  • Customising service, establishing rapport and focusing on needs

  • Dealing with difficult customers

  • Setting parameters for customer relations

  • Action plan for the workplace

3. Selling Skills (Advanced)

This program is tailored to meet the objectives of a business with a requirement for a professional sales culture. It presents a unique approach which changes the dynamics of the customer/salesperson relationship, and outlines a stepped process that can be interweaved into most sales structures.

4. Management/Leadership

These programs are designed to enhance the management skills of your trainee managers, supervisors and managers.
